In our previous incarnation as the team at Pepper Property, we were engaged by NRMA Motoring & Services to seek a bespoke property solution for its new 6,000sqm head office, which included site acquisition, project management of the build from initiation to completion and an interior fitout.

The Client’s main objectives:

  • Create a spatial logic within the new building to help connect the organisation
  • Be respectful to the history of the NRMA

The Solution

The turnkey purchase of a purpose-built commercial office building located at Sydney Olympic Park.

Supported by:  

  • Managing the technical due diligence on shortlisted options
  • Providing strategic transaction advice and undertaking commercial negotiations on NRMA’s behalf
  • Managing the delivery of a purpose-built premises located at Sydney Olympic Park

Outcomes delivered

The team were instrumental in providing advice to NRMA to modify the base building design of the façade and engineering systems prior to construction, to produce an optimal result for the client. Supported with outcomes of:

  • Management of the project to a fixed budget, including extensive value engineering
  • Activity Based Working workplace model implementation
  • Project management of base building variations/modifications
