The Solution

CTPG are building the risk mitigation and value optimisation securely into the roadmap to keep the outcomes on track, including:

  • Review of the project status to find and manage the risks and opportunities
  • Buildability reviews to harness greatest value for money
  • Procurement advice, changing the procurement model to harness the greatest value from the market conditions while also promoting a fair, ethical, and auditable process
  • Landlord management – identifying gaps in the agreements made previously and providing strategies for resolution to minimise client risk and exposure

The project is ongoing, due for completion in 2021.
