Find out who we are

About Us

CTPG was founded by two of the most respected names in the project management and property industry, Greg Carmichael and Kevin Tompkins. In 2019, we acquired the former workplace advisory and project management business of Pepper Property, a subsidiary of financial services giant Pepper Group.

We are partners in the realisation of great places to work, inspiring environments to learn and catalysts for communities to be formed and for the betterment of humanity. We do this through project leadership, galvanising project partners, providing expert advice and simply solving problems.

Our expertise in project management, workplace advisory and development underpin all we do.

CTPG is real, informed and engaged. We bring ideas to the table; we challenge assumptions and believe that the work that we do enables the world in which we live to be a better place.

Financially strong, our portfolio of projects under management exceeds $1B and our clients include many of Australia’s leading corporates and institutions.

Our people really are the heart and soul of who we are. They stand for integrity, excellence, innovation and respect.  We are invested in them so they can grow professionally and personally and be empowered to make a difference every day in their work.

We are new generation of project and property business.

Workplace Planning for the Fourth Industrial Revolution

We have been studying the sectors in which we work for over 10 years.

In a world where the largest taxi company owns no taxis, the biggest hotel brand owns no beds, and the greatest growth area in corporate offices is flexi-space, every model of how business works requires review.  It’s caused a shift in the strategic role of property from a business cost model to a value creation model.

In 2020 we published a report on workplace planning for the fourth industrial revolution.  It offers a fascinating look into the future of property’s role in business,  along with a practical framework to enable application of the insights it reveals.
