CTPG was founded by two of the most respected names in the project management and property industry, Greg Carmichael and Kevin Tompkins. In 2019, we acquired the former workplace advisory and project management business of Pepper Property, a subsidiary of financial services giant Pepper Group. 

We are partners in the realisation of great places to work, inspiring environments to learn and catalysts for communities to be formed and for the betterment of humanity. We do this through project leadership, galvanising project partners, providing expert advice and simply solving problems.

We have been studying the sectors in which we work for over 10 years.

In a world where the largest taxi company owns no taxis, the biggest hotel brand owns no beds, and the greatest growth area in corporate offices is flexi-space, every model of how business works requires review.  It’s caused a shift in the strategic role of property from a business cost model to a value creation model.
