The project involved a high quality, top floor fitout. The key drivers for CFM were functionality of the space and the office being able to accommodate their strong growth projections for year 1 and 2. The major challenge was that the office needed to provide maximum functionality within a small footprint, while retaining a homely, yet high end professional feel.
The team acted as the client’s representative for the whole process, liaising closely with CFM throughout to ensure the client being offshore did not impact outcomes.
The CTPG team secured the lease while acting with the Pepper Occupier Advisory team. A key feature of the teams’ assessment was provision of advice as to a suitable incentive, noting that the space was to be provided as a cold shell in lieu of a fitted out open plan office.
Given the small amount of sqm being taken (circa 220sqm), the team also designed a procurement methodology to keep the project management cost low, while also providing ongoing value to CFM and de-risking the move.
