Capital Funds Management (CFM) engaged CTPG in a project involving a high-quality, top-floor fitout. The key drivers for CFM were the space’s functionality and the office’s ability to accommodate their strong growth projections for years 1 and 2. The office required maximum functionality within a small footprint while retaining a homely, yet high-end professional feel.
Given the small amount of space (circa 220 sqm), the team also designed a procurement methodology to keep the project management cost low, while providing ongoing value to CFM and de-risking the move.
