CTPG has been instrumental in assisting Loreto with the delivery of their masterplan for future education and ancillary uses across the site. The key driver for this historic school is to reach a school population of 2,000 students over the coming years.
The first project in the approved masterplan included the construction of a campus link road for school pick up and drop off (PUDO), along with an underground carpark, which was incorporated into the landscape, with the integration of professional on-grade tennis courts.
