CTPG has been providing project management services to Stone & Chalk since its inception in 2015. Stone & Chalk engaged CTPG to assist with the technical due diligence and design and delivery of their new 3,000m2 site with limited time constraints.
The fit-out comprised of a basement, ground level, and two additional levels. The intention was to retain as much of the existing fit-out as possible, with modifications to ensure code compliance across the new and retained fit-out.
