Mercer engaged CTPG to project manage their integrated fitout in a new Wollongong landmark building. Mercer leased three floors in this new A-Grade development in the Wollongong CBD, comprising 12,732 sqm across 11 floors, ample secure parking, lobby café, quality end-of-trip facilities, and much more.
With the guidance of CTPGs team, Mercer entered a long-term lease and development commitment to occupy three floors of this new building in the heart of Wollongong. CTPG supported Mercer in identifying a preferred site, refining the scheme, and negotiating development deals, including the divestment of the existing site, resulting in a reduced risk profile for the relocation. This landmark building is designed to achieve 5.5 Star NABERS rating.
