| St. Vincent’s College engaged CTPG to review their strategic plan and current masterplan with the intention to implement a new masterplan based on the College’s future needs and affordability.
CTPG carried out extensive Stakeholders consultation to establish short term and long-term priorities and requirements, understand the College’s culture and ethos, the site’s rich history as the oldest ladies’ college in Australia, and the complex development constraints. CTPG developed a new masterplan based on the agreed priorities, requirements, and budget. This masterplan has progressed to a development application which was lodged with the City of Sydney in September 2023. |
